Elizabeth Lim
Founder & CEO

Elizabeth Lim is an advocate for the prevention of sexual abuse of children through education and empowerment. Currently, as founder & CEO of Scream Run Tell (SRTELL), Ms. Lim oversees internal and external operations as well as funding and community education.

Recognized on a national level for the SRTELL method of child sex abuse prevention, Ms. Lim has trained, law enforcement, medical, child care, and family counseling professionals to enhance their efforts to end sex abuse against children.

She conducts training, keynote, and workshop programs for numerous local and national conferences, social and civic organizations, elementary and pre-schools.

In partnership with the Florida Crime Prevention Association, Ms. Lim provides workshops on the SRTELL method, which trains law enforcement, counselors, and advocates on the most advanced, cutting-edge techniques and strategies in the prevention of child sex abuse.

Emaley McCulloch M.Ed. BCBA

In 2008 Emaley McCulloch co-founded Autism Training Solutions, LLC. She has been in the field of special education and behavior analysis since 1996. For the past 8 years she has been a consultant and supervisor at agencies based in Hawaii and Japan where she has trained groups of professionals and parents. Emaley’s passion is staff training, dissemination of evidenced-based interventions, film and videography and using technology in the field of behavior analysis and special education. She is happy to serve on the board of SRTell. It’s unknown what percentage of people with disabilities are sexually abused but some estimate that individuals with disabilities are 3.4 times more likely to be sexually abused. This is an important cause that is not talked about enough.

Lisa L. Hartwell, PsyD, RN

Lisa L. Hartwell, PsyD, RN is a Hawaii-licensed clinical psychologist with expertise in assessment and treatment of adults and children who have experienced medical, psychiatric, and psychological trauma. Dr. Hartwell has 25 years expertise in the field of problem sexual behavior and sexual trauma as a private practice clinician, author, and speaker. Dr. Hartwell is unique in that she works with both victims and perpetrators of trauma. She is regularly called upon to provide a professional opinion on problem sexual behaviors and risk assessment. Dr. Hartwell provides consultation for medical clinics, organizations and public policy.

Dr. Hartwell is currently writing a book on leading a developmentally values-based congruent life. She resides on the island of Oahu in Hawaii, with her husband and toddler son who anchor her daily in the joy and passion for leading an extraordinary life that she excitedly shares with others.

Jacob Kongaika
CMO Chief Marketing Officer

Since 2008 Jacob Kongaika has been a freelance Graphic Designer. Jacob is multi-talented and does a lot of work building up brand awareness with growing companies and aspiring entrepreneurs. Jacob enjoys the creative challenge and does many different types of work from logos to posters to brochures to websites, video production and editing, to music production. He enjoys working directly with clients, and pushes himself to produce the best work possible.

Jacob was born in Samoa, raised in Tonga and Hawaii. He graduated with a degree in Fine Arts from BYU-Hawaii in 2006. Since 2008 he has been working on creative projects that continues to pushed and grow his abilities and passions for all things creative and design.

Jonathan Duck

Jonathan has been programming since high school. He has written programs for his local school district, and for several companies, including where he is currently employed as a programmer at EC2 Software Solutions. He recently returned home from a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Hawaii where he was introduced to the organization. He is responsible for all of the apps.
